Paul Hudson earned six varsity letters with three each infootball and basketball. He played end for the Redcat team thatdefeated Arizona State in the Sun Bowl on New Year’s Day,1941. A team co-captain that season, he earned All-Ohio honors fromthe Associated Press, and was selected to the All-Big Four Team in1939, 1940 and 1941. Hudson was one of just 11 players selected byto Cleveland Press All-Opponents Big Four team in 1941. He alsoplayed guard for the WRU hoops team.
