Evy Iacono is one of the best women's basketball players to ever don a CWRU uniform. She was named the UAA Player of the Year and a D3hoops.com All-America honorable mention following her senior campaign in 2012-13, becoming just the second player in the history of the CWRU women's basketball team to secure each of the honors. She was a three-time All-UAA honoree and claimed All-Region honors in 2013. Iacono set the school's single-game scoring record with a 38-point effort, and her 447 points scored during the 2013 season are the third-most in a campaign in program history. She currently ranks fifth in program history with 1,352 career points, second with 179 made threes, and sixth with 334 career assists and 200 steals. Iacono also earned Academic All-District honors and was named the CWRU Glenn and Peggy Nicholls Female Athlete of the Year in 2013.
