George Hilderbrand played both basketball and football for CITin the late 1940’s and early 50’s. His performance as aquarterback earned him the Les Bale Award as the team’s mostvaluable player during his senior season in 1951. Hilderbrand was amember of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and the Theta Tauengineering fraternity while at CIT. He also received the CaseHonor Key.
