The Case Western Reserve University women's tennis team traveled to Granville, Ohio, for the Big Red Invite hosted by Denison University on Saturday and Sunday.

Overall, the team went 10-4 in doubles matches and 16-8 in singles matches. Playing in a hidden dual format, CWRU faced off against Centre College, Kalamazoo College, and Denison over the weekend.

Stats and Standouts

• Seven Spartans won all matches they played at the invite. They were sophomore Rasika Anandakumar (3-0), first-year Shayli Dodia (3-0), sophomore Tara Markovic (3-0), sophomore Atra Biria (3-0), first-year Daryana Skobeleva (2-0), first-year Allison Wayne (3-0), and sophomore Trisha Vellanki (1-0)
• Junior Yasemin Bilgin won both of her singles matches, sophomore Emma Thoms and junior Sara Fernandez won both of their doubles matches, and sophomore Ava Karrenbauer won her lone singles match
• Both sophomore Gabby Lee and junior Maya Brink each added a singles and doubles victory
• Graduate student Victoria Vasquez won a doubles match, and senior Katie Wong and first-year Katie Ruci contributed singles victories
