The Case Western Reserve University men's track and field team featured one conference champion, eight all-conference honors, and three all-region performances during the 2026 outdoor season.

Sophomore Donovan Crowley finished first in the 1,500-meter run at the 2026 University Athletic Association Outdoor Track and Field Championships which were held in Cleveland at DiSanto Field for the first time in 20 years. Crowley finished the race in 3:51.47 to secure his first career conference championship. The previous day, Crowley joined first-year Jay Woodhouse, sophomore Brendan Bradish, and first-year Chance Krenzer in the 4x800-meter relay with the Spartan quartet earning All-UAA honors by placing second in the race. Also on the track, sophomore Charlie Stipanovich placed second in the finals of the 400-meter dash in 48.42 seconds to secure his first career All-UAA honor.

The Spartans had three members of the squad place in the top three in the league in field events. Junior Tanush Anand finished second in the high jump by clearing 2.00 meters, senior Connor Evans had the second-best toss in the discus throw of 43.62 meters, and sophomore Pierre-Andre Geoffrion leaped 6.79 meters in the long jump to finish third. All three earned the first All-UAA honors of their careers. Overall, CWRU finished fifth in the league with 94.5 points.

Crowley secured USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors in the 1,500-meter run, lowering his time to 3:51.40 at the Midwest Twilight Final Qualifier to end the season. Senior Anthony DeCarlo set a school record by clearing 4.82 meters in the pole vault at the All-Ohio Outdoor Track and Field Championships to secure All-Region selection. Senior Jacob Slater, who also secured Academic All-America Second Team honors from the College Sports Communicators, finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run in 14:49.76 at the UAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships to pick up the team's third All-Region selection.

Prior to the conference championship meet, the team placed fourth at three separate meets. The Spartans traveled to Wooster, Ohio, for the Wooster Invitational, Delaware, Ohio for the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships, and Berea, Ohio, for the Sparky Adams Invitational.

The team also excelled in the classroom. Six members of the squad earned Academic All-District honors from the CSC, including Crowley, DeCarlo, Evans, Slater, sophomore Artin Fazeli, and junior Toby Langsner. 24 Spartans received UAA All-Academic acclaim.
