Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Lane Tech College Prep cross country and track & field teams, serving as a team captain during his senior year…Coached by Kristopher Roof, Tony Jones, and Adrian Barientos…Helped his team qualify for the state championship meet twice for cross country and track & field, including an 11th-place finish in the state for cross country in 2023…Named his team’s Most Improved Athlete three times…Finished second in the city in the 3,200m run in 2023…Recorded career-best times of 4:23 in the 1,600m run, 1:57 in the 800m run, and 15:03 in the three-mile run…Was an Illinois State Scholar and a Lane Tech Scholar in 2023.
