The Case Western Reserve University men's track and field team recorded two All-University Athletic Association honors and five All-Region honors in addition to setting a school record during the 2025-26 indoor season.
At the 2026 UAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in February in Massachusetts, junior Toby Langsner and sophomore Artin Fazeli were honored by the conference for placing in the top three in their events. Langsner, who earned his third career All-UAA honor, placed second in the weight throw with a toss of 16.06 meters. Fazeli, who was honored for the first time in his career, finished third in the long jump with a leap of 6.53 meters.
The Spartans, who placed fifth in the league with 43.5 points, had nine additional top eight finishes at the conference championship. Sophomore Donovan Crowley placed fourth in the mile run and was a member of the fifth-place 4x400-meter and distance medley relays. Joining Crowley on the distance medley relay were first-year Jay Woodhouse, first-year Chance Krenzer, and junior Jacob Slater, with Krenzer, sophomore Charlie Stipanovich, and senior Nathaniel Hahn rounding out the 4x400-meter relay.
Stipanovich added a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter dash, and a pair of Spartans, first-year Antonio Sidoti (tied fourth) and junior Matthew Bezuneh (sixth), scored points in the 60-meter dash. Senior Bryce Hodge contributed with an eighth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles, and, in the field, junior Tanush Anand finished seventh in the high jump and first-year Pierre-Andre Geoffrion was seventh in the long jump.
The distance medley relay time of 10:21.49 at the conference championship earned Crowley, Woodhouse, Krenzer, and Slater USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honors with the seventh-best time in the region. Crowley also earned All-Region honors in the mile run with an adjusted time of 4:09.32 at the UAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. The mark was second-fastest in the Great Lakes Region.
At the Ed Finnigan Invite in Cleveland in February, Bezuneh broke the program record in the 60-meter dash, running a time of 6.92 seconds in the event. He bested the previous record of 6.96 seconds which was set by Juan Perez in 2023 and tied by Sidoti at the opening meet of the 2025-26 season.
Another highlight of the season was the team placing first at the Bob Shannon Invite, hosted by Denison on February 7. Geoffrion won the long jump and Woodhouse placed first in the mile run to help the Spartans earn 104.0 points, the most out of the 12 schools competing at the mid-season meet.
Six members of the team received Academic All-District honors following the outdoor season to recognize their achievements in the classroom and on the track. Crowley, Fazeli, Langsner, and Slater were honored in addition to seniors Anthony DeCarlo and Connor Evans.
