Was a four-year member of the Staples High School cross country and track and field teams, serving as captain of both as a senior...Coached by Laddie Lawrence...Recorded career-best times of 42.83 seconds in the 300m hurdles, 1:32.74 in the 600m, and 40.82 seconds in the 300m...Finished second in the 300m hurdles at the 2023 conference meet...Named for 2023 All County Team...Named AP Scholar with Distinction.

Born December 1...Son of Colette and Scott Rabacs...His brother, Kevin, played football at Union college from 2019-23, where he was an All-Liberty League Second Team selection in 2019.
