The Case Western Reserve University men's and women's cross country squads each received All-Academic Team honors and seven Spartans were named All-Academic Athletes by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the 2024 season.

Individuals recognized included juniors Lauren Iagnemma and Ashley Novak from the women's team and graduate student Stephen Henry, senior Nate Gilbert, sophomore Jacob Slater, and first-years Donovan Crowley and Adam Esa from the men's team. In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top 25 percent of their respective regional championship meet.

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers. The CWRU men finished the year with a 3.45 GPA while the women recorded a 3.7 GPA.

CWRU is coming off another successful 2024 campaign during which the teams were represented at the NCAA Championship for the 21st-consecutive season with Iagnemma placing 36th to earn All-America honors and senior Aidan Nathan finishing 102nd in the men's race. The Spartan men placed fourth in the Great Lakes Region Championship, while the women finished ninth.
