2024 (Graduate Student)

Competed in four races during the 2024 season… Recorded his best 8K time of the year at the UAA Championship, placing 42^nd overall and fifth among Spartans with a mark of 25:48.1… Narrowly missed earning all-region honors after placing 37^th overall and fifth among CWRU runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship… Was the team’s second finisher at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational, placing fifth overall with a time of 26:04.8… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Senior)

Received All-Region honors for the first time in his career after placing 26^th overall and first among CWRU finishers at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:37.2 at the race… Was the team’s top finisher in all six races he competed in… Placed 18^th overall at the UAA Championship… Finished as the runner-up at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational… Earned UAA All-Academic honors and USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Junior)

Had a breakout junior season for the Spartans, competing in seven races during the year and finishing among the team’s top-seven runners in all but one… Ran a career-best 8K time at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship with a mark of 25:21.9, finishing 51^st overall and seventh on the team… Broke the 26-minute mark two other times during the campaign, placing 30^th overall and sixth on the team at the UAA Championships with a mark of 25:45.0, and was 26^th overall and sixth on the team with a time of 25:52.1 at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Was the seventh Spartan runner to cross the finish line at the NCAA Championship, placing 274^th overall… Competed in two other 8K races during the year, placing 86^th overall and fourth among CWRU runners at the Spartan Invite (26:35.12) and 58^th overall and eighth among Spartans at the Mike Woods Invitational (26:23.8)… Was the team’s second finisher and placed seventh overall at the Sudeck Classic, finishing the 6K course in a time of 20:01.0… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

2021 (Sophomore)

2020 (First-year)

Team did not compete in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Personal

Was a four-year member of the Haslett High School cross country and track & field teams... Served as a team captain for his sophomore, junior and senior seasons... Coached by Mike Homan... Was an all-state runner during his senior cross country season... Notched top times of 16:09 in the 5K, 4:37 in the 1,600m run, and 2:01 in the 800m run... Member of the honor roll and the National Honor Society... Born June 8... The son of Joel... His father ran cross country at Bucknell... His sister, Susanna, is a member of the women's cross country team at CWRU.
