2024 (Junior)


Earned an All-America honor for the second straight season with a 36th-place finish out of 290 runners at the NCAA Division III Championship… It marked the 10th All-America finish ever by a Spartan… Became just the third runner in program history to earn multiple All-America honors over a career… Crossed the finish line in a time of 21:43.6, her second-fastest mark of the campaign… Secured all-region honors for the second consecutive season after placing fourth out of 270 runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Championship… Recorded a season-best 6K time of 21:38.5 at the UAA Championship to lead the Spartans, finishing sixth overall and claiming a spot on the All-UAA First Team… Was the first Spartan to earn All-UAA First Team acclaim since 2021… Among her six races during the season, she was the team’s top finisher three times and the second finisher on three occasions… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Sophomore)


Became the sixth individual in program history to claim All-America honors with an 18th-place finish at the NCAA Championship… It marked the ninth All-America honor in program history… Her finish was the third-highest ever by a Spartan at the NCAA Championship meet… Crossed the finish line in a time of 21:25.6 at the national championship meet, her second-fastest 6K time of the year… Earned a berth into the NCAA Championship with a second-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, recording a time of 20:43.9, her career-best 6K mark, and just one-tenth of a second behind the regional champion… The time was a 49-second improvement on her previous career-best mark and earned her All-Region honors for the first time in her career… Named the UAA Athlete of the Week following the performance, becoming the first Spartan women’s runner to claim the conference’s weekly honor since the 2015 campaign… Secured a spot on the All-UAA Second Team with an eighth-place finish at the conference championship meet… Was the runner-up at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational… Was the team’s top finisher in all eight races during the year… Earned UAA All-Academic honors and USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic acclaim… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (First-Year)


Was the team’s top finisher in three races during the season and was among the top two Spartans to cross the finish line in each of the four meets she competed in during the 2022 campaign… Narrowly missed out on All-UAA honors after placing 16th overall and second among CWRU runners at the UAA Championship with a 6K time of 22:41.5… Recorded her season-best 6K time of 22:41.1 at the Inter-Regional Rumble, placing 14th overall and leading all Spartan runners… Was also the top Spartan finisher and placed 11th overall at the Mike Woods Invitational, completing the 6K course in a time of 22:50.4… Debuted at the All-Ohio Twilight and placed 43rd overall, 11th among DIII runners, and first among CWRU finishers… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2022.

Prior to CWRU


Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at South Fayette High School, serving as a captain during her senior year... Coached by Joseph Winans, Julia Denison, and Scott Litwinovich... Helped her team win the State Championship in 2019 and the WPIAL Championship in 2018 and 2019... Placed third individually at the WPIAL Cross Country Championship and 13th in the state meet in 2019... Recorded a career-best 5K cross country time of 18:44... School record holder in the mile run (5:05)... Back-to-back runner-up finishes in the WPIAL 4x800m run in 2021 and 2022... Named to the Highest Honor Roll each year from 2019-22... Named a WPIAL/ James Collins Scholar-Athlete... Also played the piccolo in her high school's marching band.
