2024 (Senior)

Competed at the NCAA Championship for the third time in his career, earning an individual berth to the field for the first time… Placed 102^nd overall, his best career finish at the national meet… Ran in seven total races during the season and was the Spartans’ top finisher in each… Earned the second all-region honor of his career with a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Championship… Claimed his first career All-UAA honor, securing a place on the second team with a 12^th-place finish… Recorded the best 8K time of his career at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in a time of 24:35.4 to place eighth overall… Won the individual race at the Bill Sudeck Invitational… Placed third overall at the Grizzly Invitational, earning UAA Athlete of the Week honors for the effort… Was the seventh overall finisher and second among Division III runners at the All-Ohio Invitational, claiming UAA Athlete of the Week honors for a second time during the year… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (Junior)

Competed in six races during his junior year, finishing among the team’s top three finishers on four occasions… Recorded his career-best 8K time of 24:47.6 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship and narrowly missed out on all-region honors with a 36^th-place finish overall and a third-place finish among Spartans… Was the team’s top finisher at the All-Ohio meet on September 15, placing 31^st overall and 10^th among Division III runners with a time of 25:44.6… Was the second Spartan to cross the finish line at the UAA Championship, placing 26^th overall with a time of 26:04.6… Was also the team’s second finisher at the Mike Woods Invitational, placing 47th overall in a time of 25:02.8… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2022 (Sophomore)

Earned All-Region honors for the first time in his career as a sophomore, placing 22^nd overall and fourth among Spartans at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:51.7 in the race… Was among the team’s top-six finishers in each of the seven races he ran during the year… Also placed 22^nd overall and fourth on the team at the UAA Championship, crossing the line in a time of 25:29.0… Went on to place 262^nd overall and sixth among Spartans at the NCAA Championship… It was the second-straight season he had competed at the meet for the Spartans… Was the second Spartan to cross the finish line at the Mike Woods Invitational, finishing sixth overall with a time of 25:06.1… Was 16^th overall and fourth on the team at the Inter-Regional Rumble with a mark of 25:40.9…. 2021 (First-year)

Was the fourth finisher for the Spartans at the NCAA Championships, placing 217^th overall in a season-best time of 25:39.6… Was the team’s fifth finisher at the UAA Championships and was the 40^th overall finisher… Placed 65^th overall at the NCAA Regional Championships… Competed in all seven races for the Spartans in 2021… Was the runner-up finisher at the Sudeck Classic in his collegiate debut… Was ninth among D3 competitors and 38^th overall at the All-Ohio Championships… Click here for a full list of times and finishes from 2021.

Personal

Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Briar Woods High School, serving as a team captain during his junior and senior years... Coached by Darren Weaver, Kate Doyle, and Jerome Roberson... Was a two-time all-state runner in cross country and claimed all-state honors in the 3200m run for track in 2021... Three-time all-region honoree for cross country and two-time all-region honoree for track... Set a school cross country record in the 5K with a time of 15:37... Named his team's Most Valuable Player as both a junior and a senior... Recorded top track times of 9:27 in the 3200m run and 4:29 in the 1600m run... Helped his team win a regional title in 2018...
