Six members of the Case Western Reserve University men's and women's track and field teams were named All-Academic Athletes by the USTFCCCA with both teams earning All-Academic Team honors.

From the men's team, sophomore Donovan Crowley and senior Anthony DeCarlo received the honor. First-years Samaria Benochi and Elizabeth Crossan and seniors Ayla Grabenbauer and Melanie Taylor were recognized from the Spartan women's team. To be eligible, student-athletes needed at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average and must have either recorded an individual time/mark that ranked in the top 50 nationally or have been a member of a relay with a top 35 time or have participated at the national championship meet.

Taylor was honored for the third time in her career, and Grabenbauer and Crowley received their second career All-Academic honors. Benochi, Crossan, and DeCarlo each earned their first career academic honors from the USTFCCCA. 

In addition, both the men's and women's teams received All-Academic Team honors, given to teams with at least a 3.1 cumulative team GPA. Out of the 213 Division III squads honored, the Spartan women's team tied for the 50th-highest GPA of 3.64 and tied for the fourth-best among University Athletic Association teams. The CWRU men's team tied for 19th out of the 165 schools honored with a 3.59 GPA and fifth among UAA schools.

The CWRU women's track and field team tied for 72nd nationally at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships and sent one representative to the national indoor championships. The Spartan men's team secured eight All-Region honors across the indoor and outdoor seasons.
