First-year diver Abigail Wilkov took home a pair of top-four finishes for the Case Western Reserve University swimming and diving team at the NCAA Diving Regional on the campus of Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
On the first day of competition, Wilkov scored 405.40 in the one-meter dive. She earned a fourth-place finish in the event. On the second day, competing at the three-meter dive, Wilkov scored 430.50. She finished in third place, only 18.0 points away from the top spot.
With the top finishes, Wilkov positioned herself well for selection to the 2022 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships. Official selections for divers will be released on Monday, February 28 and the competition will be from March 16-19 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sophomore swimmer Ethan Chuang and junior swimmer Abby Halsdorfer have already been selected to compete for Case Western Reserve.
