Mestha Competes during Day 3 of NCAA Championships

Senior Suhan Mestha competed for the Spartans during the third day of competition at the 2019 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Mestha competed during the morning preliminaries of the 100-yard backstroke. Mestha finished 30th in the event with a time of 57.46.

After three days of competition at the NCAA Division III Championships, the Spartan women are currently in 43rd-place at the meet with three points.

CWRU will wrap-up competition at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday. Currently scheduled to compete for Case Western Reserve are Mestha (seeded 12th with a time of 51.03 in the 100-yard freestyle, and the women's 400-yard freestyle relay team of Mestha, senior Renee Decker, sophomore Caitlyn VonFeldt and freshman Daniella Rupert competing in the event (seeded 27th with a time of 3:30.62).
