Junior Danielle Kulpins was first to cross the finish line in both the 3,000-meter run (11:01.25) and the 5,000-meter run (18:40.91), while Newman won the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.30.

Freshman Samantha Kelts claimed the title in the triple jump with a mark of 10.30 meters and junior Cassandra Laios hit a mark of 12.00 meters in the shot put to earn the title.

The men's squad gathered six individual titles, with junior Ben Zelkin winning the 60-meter dash (7.21), senior Nathaniel Wahner claiming the win in the 200-meter dash (23.15), junior Andrew Ibibo finishing first in the 400-meter dash (50.60) and junior Grant Mlack grabbing a first-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (8.51). Additionally, sophomore Joseph Cabral claimed the win in the 800-meter run (1:57.41) and junior Sam Merriman earned a first-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (15:27.80).

To close the evening, the men's 4x400-meter relay team finished first. Senior Nico Ericksen-Deriso, Ibibo, Cabral and Wahner crossed the line with a time of 3:25.52.

The Spartans are back in action next weekend, as they travel to Ada, Ohio on Saturday, February 4th for the Joe Banks Invitational hosted by Ohio Northern University.
