The Case Western Reserve University softball team won its fourth consecutive game to open the 2026 season, ending the weekend with a 5-2 victory over Roanoke College on Sunday afternoon at the Catholic University Softball Field on the campus of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
The Spartans improved to 4-0, winning all four games in the District of Columbia, while the Maroons dropped to 1-4 this season.
