SHENENDOAH, TEXAS - Four Spartans represented the Case Western Reserve University men's swimming and diving team and earned honorable mention All-American honors on the third day of the 2015 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships held at the Conroe Natatorium.
The men earned All-America honors in the 800-freestyle relay. Senior Eric Haufler (Westminster, Md./Francis Scott Key), junior Aaron Tam (Doral, Fla./Ronald Reagan Doral Senior) and freshmen Oliver Hudgins (Chapel Hill, N.C./East Chapel Hill) and Drew Hamilton (Cincinnati, Ohio/Turpin) placed 14th overall stopping the clock for a time of 6:45.37.
Tam also competed individually in the 200-yard butterfly stopping the clock for a time of 1:51.27 and 24th place overall.
The Spartans will return to the Conroe Natatorium on March 21 for the final day of the 2015 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships.
