OBERLIN, Ohio – The Case Western Reserve University men's swimming & diving team wrapped up the weekend with a 148-80 win at Oberlin College on Saturday at Carr Pool.
The Spartans have now won three duals in a row to improve to 3-1. With the loss, the Yeomen drop to 1-2.
The Spartans won a combined eight events with two individual double-winners.
Freshman Drew Hamilton (Cincinnati, Ohio/Turpin), also a double-winner last night, took first in the 200-yard individual medley (2:02.31) and the 500 freestyle (4:54.93). Classmate Aaron Pang (Troy, Mich./Troy) touched the wall first in the 200 free (1:49.04) and the 100 butterfly (53.92).
The Spartans are idle next week but will return to the pool for a tri-meet against Grove City College (Pa.) and Division II Gannon University (Pa.) on Saturday, November 22. Action at Longnecker Pool in Grove City, Pennsylvania is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.
