Went 20-12 during his first year at CWRU, competing mostly at 141 pounds...Pinned nine opponents and recorded two technical falls...Earned first collegiate win and pin on November 1, defeating Tommy Boyer in 1:05...Recorded first career technical fall on November 22, winning 16-0 over Ethan Dimos in 3:00...Placed fourth at BW Invite, John Summa Invite, and Futures Invite...Finished sixth at Tom Jarman Spartan Mat Classic.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Princeton High School wrestling team, serving as captain his junior and senior years...Coached by Jess Monzo and Ron Dolenti...Went 120-27 in high school, ranking third on the school's all-time wins list...Helped team win two conference championships...Was a four-time NJSIAA regional qualifier and two-time region placer...Qualified for NJSIAA state championship...Won four Mercer County championships...Placed third at Sam Cali...Won Nuway AC Summer Nationals and Nuway Southeast Summer Nationals championship...Also competed in track and field and cross country, where he was an All-County runner.
