2025 (First-Year)

Turned in one of the best seasons by a first-year runner in program history, culminating in her qualifying for and competing at the NCAA Division III Championship… Was the lone Spartan to earn a spot at the National Championship meet, finishing 74^th overall and seventh among first-year runners with a time of 22:35.9… Recorded a season-best 6K time of 22:28.9 a week earlier at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, leading all Spartans and placing ninth overall to claim All-Region acclaim… Was also the team’s top runner and placed second overall at the Daniel Mullen Invitational… Placed second among Spartans and 33^rd overall at the UAA Championship… Was also the second Spartan to cross the finish line at the Pre-National Meet (16^th overall) and the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble (12^th overall)… Ended the year ranked 108^th among 4,584 total DIII runners in the XCRI… View her complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Competed for the Orange High School cross country and track & field teams for one season, serving as a captain of the track & field team as a senior… Coached by Rachel Frutkin… Helped her team win the Chagrin Valley Conference Cross Country Championship in 2025… Was her team’s Most Valuable Player… Qualified for the regional championship in three different events… Competed in the 3,200m run and the 4x800m run at the indoor state championship… Recorded career-best times of 20:37 in the cross country 5K, 5:22 in the 1,600m run, and 11:31 in the 3,200m run… Earned highest academic honors all four years of high school… Was also a member of the varsity tennis, softball, and swimming & diving teams.
