2012: Turned in a stellar rookie campaign, starting all 41 games with 39 appearances on the mound…named to All-UAA First Team…led the Spartan pitching staff with a 20-11 record, a 3.07 earned run average, 25 complete games and four shutouts…led the UAA with 196.1 innings pitched and 181 strikeouts…set the program’s single-season record for both strikeouts and wins…named UAA Pitcher of the Week three times on February 27, March 13 and March 26…pitched 21.2 consecutive shutout innings from March 17-27…posted a 1.00 ERA with 17 strikeouts in 14 innings at the National Training Center Games on March 10-11 in Clermont, Florida…tossed seven innings of one-run ball with 10 strikeouts and zero walks in collegiate debut versus Division I Alabama A&M on February 25…posted four double-digit strikeout efforts…recorded career highs of eight innings pitched versus Heidelberg on April 4 and 12 strikeouts versus Plattsburgh State on March 10…also a .295 hitter at the plate with 11 RBI…collected three hits in a game twice and two RBI four times…also named the CWRU Nancy Gray Rookie of the Year.
