Isabella Russo joined the Spartan coaching staff as a part-time assistant coach prior to the 2026 season. A 2025 CWRU graduate, she ended her four-year career with the second-most games played (173) and games started (171) in program history. Russo finished her career with a .346 batting average (170-for-492), .421 on-base percentage, .530 slugging percentage, 112 runs scored, 115 RBI (fifth most in program history), 14 home runs, 37 doubles, six triples, 56 walks (fourth most in program history) and 37 stolen bases.
