Junior (2025-26)

Named an All-American for the first time in his career after earning a bid to the NCAA Division III Singles Tournament and winning a match in the draw to reach the round of 16… Selected to the All-UAA Second Team at no. 1 singles and an honorable mention at no. 2 doubles… Ended the year ranked 19^th nationally and sixth regionally for his singles play… Went 23-14 in singles matches during the year, the most on the team in 2025-26 and tied for the 19^th-most in a season in program history… Was 14-11 in singles matches during dual competitions, including a 12-11 record at no. 1 singles… Clinched a pair of matches with singles victories during the year… Added a 13-6 record in doubles play, including an 8-5 record in dual matches and a 7-5 mark at no. 2 doubles… Provided the doubles point clincher twice during the year… Was seeded ninth overall and reached the round of 16 of the ITA Fall Regional singles draw… Was 2-1 in singles matches at the ITA Indoor Nationals… Went 2-1 in doubles play at the UAA Championship with Rowan Matorin… Had a 2-1 singles record during NCAA Tournament play… Selected to the CSC Academic All-America Second Team… Also named to the CSC Academic All-District team… Received UAA Spring All-Academic honors and was named an ITA Scholar-Athlete… Ended his junior year with a 58-25 (.699) career record, the 17^th-most wins and 21^st-best winning percentage in program history… Holds a 31-16 record all-time in doubles matches.

Sophomore (2024-25)

Played a key role for the Spartans as the team’s no. 6 singles player for the majority of his sophomore campaign… Finished the season ranked 69^th nationally and 20^th regionally in singles… Went 22-8 in singles matches during the season, including a 16-6 record in dual matches and a 13-5 mark as the team’s no. 6 player… Added an 11-6 record in doubles action in 2024-25, including a 7-3 record in the spring… Went 2-1 in singles matches at the ITA Indoor Championship… Claimed a win against his Brandeis counterpart during the team’s quarterfinal win at the UAA Championship… Also had a singles victory against Kenyon in the third round of the NCAA Championship… Picked up 10 consecutive singles wins from February 23 through April 25… Was the seventh-seeded duo (along with George Kosseifi) at the ITA Fall Regional Championship, reaching the round of 16 of the doubles draw… Advanced to the round of 32 of the singles draw at the event… Secured both UAA Spring All-Academic and ITA Scholar-Athlete honors following the season.

First-year (2023-24)

Went 13-3 in singles matches and 7-4 in doubles contests during his first year of collegiate competition… Registered a perfect 8-0 mark in singles play during dual matches, including a 4-0  mark as the team’s no. 3 singles player… Was 3-0 at no. 3 doubles in the spring… Recorded wins in each of his final four doubles matches during the campaign… Named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.

Prior to CWRU

Attended Northern Valley Regional High School from 2019-21 and Dwight Global Online School from 2021-23... Won several USTA L4s... Reached a tennisrecruiting.net ranking of 132 in the nation and third in New Jersey... Ranked in the USTA Top 160 nationally and in the Top 15 in the Eastern Section 18u... Won an AP Scholar Award his junior year... Was an AP Scholar with Distinction as a senior.

Personal

Born July 21... Son of Saul and Lourdes... His sister, Valeria, played tennis for Syracuse from 2013-17 and played in the NCAA Doubles Championship Tournament in 2016.
