Was a four-year member of the Plymouth High School men’s tennis team, serving as the captain his senior year… Was coached by Erik Batell… Named to the All-State First Team as a junior and senior… Named his team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior… Played at no.1 singles from his sophomore through senior years… Went 13-3 in singles play during his senior year… Named a KLAA Scholar-Athlete all four years of high school… Was also coached by Justin Rossi, Dave Brown, and Jefta Kecic… Made the consolation semifinals of the L3 Grand Rapids Midwest Closed… Won the GVSU ITA Tournament.
