Was a four-year member of The Hotchkiss School swim team, serving as captain his senior year...Coached by Keith Moon...Swam career-best times of 4:49 in the 500 Free, 2:00 in the 200 IM, and 1:47 in the 200 Free...Received All-NEPSAC honorable mention in the 500 Free as a junior...Won Nelson S. Talbott Cup twice...Received Connecticut Swim Scholar Athlete Award and Faculty Award in 2025...Named to High Honor Roll in 2022, 2024, and 2025 and Honor Roll in 2023...Also ran cross country and track in high school...Swam for New Canaan YMCA Caimans, where he was coached by Brian Fazzino and Liz Blau...Received Caiman Leadership Award in 2024 and named Connecticut Swim Top 16 Athlete five times (2021-25).
