Was a four-year member of the Clarence High School swimming and diving team, serving as the squad's captain during his senior year...was coached by Eric McClaren and Tom Stuerer...named Most Valuable Swimmer during his junior and senior year...awarded the white letter for exceptional team leadership in and out of the pool...named NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete...graduated in the top five of his class...also competed in track and soccer during high school.
