Prior to CWRU

Played for the New Brighton Area High School football team for four seasons, serving as a captain during his junior and senior campaigns… Coached by John Macuga and Tony Caltury… Earned all-conference honors as a defensive back, wide receiver, and kick returner during his junior and senior years… Totaled 115 receptions, 1,700 yards, and 22 touchdowns over his three seasons… Was his high school’s salutatorian… Member of the National Honor Society and received high honors all four years… Also competed in track & field and basketball.
