Senior (2023): Named a semifinalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy… Served as a team captain… Limited to just one game due to injury, recording four tackles (three solo), including one sack, and a quarterback hurry during the team’s season opener at Thiel… Named to the 2023 Fall PAC Academic Honor Roll and the NFF Hampshire Society… Ended his senior year with 100 tackles (54 solo) and 6.5 sacks over 19 games played.
Junior (2022): Named to the All-PAC Second Team following the season… Started all 10 games at outside linebacker after making the shift from safety prior to the start of the season… Finished the season third among all Spartan players with 59 tackles (27 solo) and ranked second on the squad with 10 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks… Also had an interception, two pass breakups, three quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles, and a pair of blocked kicks… Named the PAC Special Teams Player of the Week on October 31 after blocking a pair of kicks during the contest… Also had four tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, and a 28-yard interception return in the win over Allegheny… Recorded a career-high nine tackles and forced a fumble against Geneva on September 24… Had a career-best two sacks to go along with six tackles, a forced fumble, and a pass breakup in a win over Washington & Jefferson on September 17… Tallied seven tackles and three quarterback hurries against Saint Vincent on October 8… Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for his academic and athletic achievements… Named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll.
Sophomore (2021): Appeared in eight games, including four as a starter at safety, and saw time on the kick coverage unit on special teams… Recorded 37 tackles, including 24 solo, along with 3.5 tackles for a loss, a forced fumble, an interception, a quarterback hurry, and a blocked kick… Was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week as a special teams player and selected as both the PAC and UAA Special Teams Player of the Week after the team’s win over Geneva on October 23, during which he blocked a punt and returned it 41 yards for a touchdown, forced a fumble on a kick return, and totaled a career-high seven tackles (six solo) in the game, including three on special teams… Later matched his career-high with seven tackles against both Grove City and Carnegie Mellon… Recorded his first career interception during the Spartans’ season opener against Rochester… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors.
First-year (2020): Team did not play during the 2020-21 academic year due to the pandemic.
