Senior (2018): Selected as an honorable mention to the All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference and All-University Athletic Association teams… Marked his third-consecutive year earned All-UAA honors and the second-straight season earning a spot on the All-PAC team… Played in eight games during the season, including seven in a starting role, catching 54 passes for 588 yards (both second among Spartan players in 2018), including three touchdown catches… Returned 11 punts during the year for an average of 3.9 yards per return… Recorded a season-high 14 catches (one shy of matching his own school record) for 116 yards during the team’s season-opening win over Rochester on September 1st, earning UAA Offensive Athlete of the Week honors… Earned UAA weekly honors a second time after collecting 10 passes for 128 yards an two touchdowns in a win over Westminster on September 29… Secured 12 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown against Waynesburg on November 3rd… Finished his career ranked third in school history with 178 career receptions and sixth with 2,033 yards (becoming just the seventh CWRU player ever with over 2,000 receiving yards for a career)… Also ranked fifth in school history in punt return average with 9.47 yards per return.
Junior (2017): Named to the All-PAC Second Team and the All-UAA First Team… Played in all 12 games and made eight starts… Led the team with 62 receptions, 778 yards and seven receiving touchdowns during the year… Also returned 18 punts for 213 yards, good for an average of 11.8 yards per return (26th in Division III)… Began his season by matching a program record with 15 receptions against Chicago, collecting 112 yards and two touchdowns in the game… Earned UAA Offensive Player of the Week honors after the effort… Also earned UAA Offensive Player of the Week honors after catching six passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns against Carnegie Mellon… One of his touchdown catches was the game winner in overtime… He also returned a blocked punt for a touchdown at the end of regulation, which was later selected as the D3football.com Play of the Week… Returned a punt for 33 yards against Illinois Wesleyan in the first round of the NCAA Playoffs, earning UAA Special Teams Player of the Week recognition… Caught 12 passes for a career-high 174 yards in the second round of the playoffs against Mount Union to secure UAA Player of the Week honors for the fourth time over the campaign… Ended his junior season ninth in program history with 124 career receptions and second with 658 return yards.
Sophomore (2016): Named to the All-UAA First Team as a punt returner and to the All-UAA Second Team as a wide receiver… Finished the season with career receiving bests with 46 receptions, 511 yards and three touchdowns… Ranked 29th in Division III 11.3 yards per punt return… Named the returner on the D3football.com Team of the Week and the UAA Special Teams Player of the Week after returning a punt 85 yards for a touchdown, the second-longest punt return in program history, and the first punt returned for a touchdown by a Spartan since the 2011 season… Added a second UAA Special Teams Player of the Week honor on October 10th, after returning six punts for a total of 105 yards, including a 33 yard return, against Bethany… Recorded a career-best seven receptions against both Bethany and Washington… Had six receptions for a career-best 87 yards against Thiel… Had a season-long 36 yard reception against Chicago… Caught touchdown passes against Grove City, Bethany and Westminster.
Freshman (2015): Selected to the All-UAA First Team as a punt returner… played in all 10 games during his freshman season as a wide receiver and returner… ranked 48th among Division III players with 8.3 yards per punt return… had 21 punt returns during the year for 175 yards, including a season-long 44 yard return against Waynesburg on October 10th… also caught 16 passes during the season for 161 yards.
