2015: Selected as an honorable mention to the All-PAC and All-UAA teams… started all 10 games for the Spartans secondary during the year… served as a team captain… recorded 44 total tackles, including two for a loss, two pass breakups and two fumbles… was named the Hero Sports D3 Football Stud of the Week on October 12th… tallied a season-high 10 tackles during the team’s win over Washington and Jefferson on October 24th… had seven tackles, including one for a loss, two forced fumbles and one pass breakup during the team’s victory at Bethany… finished his career with 111 tackles, including three for a loss, 13 passes defended, two forced fumbles and three interceptions… earned UAA All-Academic honors.
2014: Started all 10 games in the defensive secondary during the season for the Spartans…received UAA All-Academic recognition…finished the season with 42 tackles (20 solo)…had one interception during the year, notching a 72 yard return against Thiel on September 27…finished 2014 with five pass breakups…recorded a season-high seven tackles (two solo) against Carnegie Mellon on September 6, and three-straight six tackle games against Washington & Jefferson on October 25, Wash U on November 1 and Thomas More on November 8.
2013: Played in all nine games with one start at cornerback…earned UAA All-Academic honors…credited with 24 tackles, including a career-high 10 at Oberlin on September 15…also recorded two interceptions to go along with three pass break-ups…grabbed first career INT at Oberlin.
2012: Played in six games as a freshman with majority of time on special teams.
Personal: Earned two varsity letters at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School…member of the National Honor Society…AP Scholar…son of Manuel and Maria Esteban.
