2016: Selected to the All-UAA Second Team and chosen as an honorable mention to the All-PAC team… Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team… Started all 10 games at guard during his senior season… Was a key member of an offensive line that helped the team rush for a school-record 2,597 yards during the season, as the team ended the year ranked 12^th among all NCAA Division III teams with 497.9 yards per game and 14^th with 257.9 rushing yards per contest… Named to the D3football.com Team of the Week on November 1^st after helping the Spartans to collect 707 yards of total offense and 435 rushing yards in a 56-38 win at Washington (Mo.)… Received UAA All-Academic honors.

2015: Selected as an honorable mention to the All-PAC and All-UAA teams… played in and started each of the team’s final nine games of the season… was a part of an offensive line that allowed just 2.2 sacks per game during the season, while allowing the team to rush for 190.3 yards per game and gain a total of 468.4 yards of total offense per game, the 32^nd-best mark among all NCAA Division III teams… earned UAA All-Academic honors and was named to the PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2014: Played in three games on the offensive line during the season, including one start against Thomas More on November 8.

2013: Did not appear in a varsity game as a freshman.

Personal: Earned two varsity letters in football and one in track & field at Seaholm High School…named to 2012 All-Oakland Activities Association Blue Division Team as well as All-Oakland County Honorable Mention and Detroit News All-Metro North Honorable Mention…two-time football scholar-athlete…also a 2013 AAPF National Powerlifting Champion and a two-time AAPF Michigan State Champion (242-pound weight class)…set four world records certified by the Amateur World Powerlifting Congress…AP Scholar…member of the National Honor Society…son of Marco and Lisa Capicchioni.
