Alex Sais joined the Case Western Reserve University coaching staff before the 2024 season and serves as an assistant coach, working primarily with the linebackers.

Sais comes to CWRU after a playing career at Saint John's University, where he helped the team make three NCAA postseason appearances and win a pair of MIAC Championships. He played in 30 games over his career, totaling 144 tackles (including seven for loss and two sacks) and two interceptions.

Following his collegiate career, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Father Joe's Villages in various accounting roles.
