Biography

2011: Started first six games of season at fullback before suffering season-ending injury…rushed for a 10-yard touchdown at Denison on September 24...named UAA All-Academic for the third-straight season.

2010: Switched to fullback from defensive end and appeared in two games with first career start against Hiram on October 16…named UAA All-Academic for second-straight season…scored first career touchdown at Hiram on October 16.

2009: Played in four games and earned UAA All-Academic honors…credited with two tackles.

2008: Played in six games as a freshman and recorded eight tackles, including four solo.

Personal: Earned four varsity letters in football as well as two in basketball and one in both baseball and track & field at Marion Pleasant High School…named first-team All-Mid Ohio Athletic Conference as an offensive guard and defensive lineman as a senior…also earned first-team All-Ohio and all-district status as a guard…totaled 73 tackles and 17 sacks as a senior in 2007…received first-team all-conference honors at guard as a junior and first-team all-district/All-Ohio special mention as a defensive lineman…graduated as class valedictorian and was a National Merit Commended Scholar…son of Erik and Theresa Anderson.
