Senior (2017): Named an honorable mention to the All-UAA Team... Appeared in all 12 games off the bench for CWRU during the season, and was a key rotation player among the Spartans’ outside linebackers… Set career-highs with 43 total tackles and 26 solo tackles… Registered six tackles for a loss and recovered three fumbles (14th in DIII)… Had a season-high seven tackles against both Grove City and Saint Vincent… Tallied an interception against Waynesburg on September 23… Recovered two fumbles during the Spartans’ win over Geneva on October 21… Also had a fumble recovery during the team’s NCAA Playoff first round win over Illinois Wesleyan… Finished his career with 84 tackles, four sacks, 16 tackles for a loss, three fumble recoveries and two interceptions over 29 career games played.
Junior (2016): Named to the All-UAA Second Team during his junior year… Started seven games and appeared in nine total… Finished the year second on the team with 8.5 tackles for a loss, including three sacks… Added 31 tackles, an interception and a pair of pass breakups during the year… Recorded seven tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss and a sack against Carnegie Mellon… Had five tackles, including 2.5 for a loss, during the team’s win over Waynesburg.
Sophomore (2015): Played in eight games during his sophomore season, including three in a starting role…finished the year with 10 total tackles, including one tack and 1.5 tackles for a loss… tallied two tackles, including a sack, during the team’s win over Thiel on September 26th… had a season-high three tackles against St. Vincent on September 19th.
Freshman (2014): Did not appear in a varsity game as a freshman.
Personal: Earned three varsity letters at nearby Avon High School…2013 All-West Shore Conference as well as honorable mention All-Lorain County and all-district…three-year honor roll student…son of Gary and Melissa Habeeb.
