Biography

Graduate Student (2025)


Named to the All-UAA Second Team following the 2025 season… Appeared in 38 games and started 36 at third base for the Spartans… Batted .345 (48-139) with a .432 slugging percentage and a .416 on-base percentage for an .848 OPS… Totaled 38 runs, nine doubles, one home run, 27 RBIs, and 16 stolen bases on 17 attempts… Committed just two errors all season for a .981 fielding percentage… Also appeared in three games out of the bullpen, recording one save and striking out six batters in 5.0 innings with a 7.20 ERA… Hit .375 with runners on base (27-72) and .800 with the bases loaded (4-5)… Finished the year with 15 multiple-hit games and eight multiple-RBI games… Recorded a nine-game hitting streak between April 12 – 25… Started all 20 UAA games, batting .382 with 26 runs, six doubles, 14 RBIs, and 11 stolen bases… Went one-for-two with a walk-off two-run home run in the 11th inning against Wittenberg on March 14… Went four-for-five with an RBI and two stolen bases against Emory on April 4… Was three-for-six with four runs, two RBIs, and two doubles against NYU on April 18… Had at least two hits in seven of the team’s final eight games of the year… Pitched three scoreless innings against Swarthmore on March 12, striking out three batters and allowing three hits to pick up a save… Named a CSC Academic All-American for the second time in his career, claiming a spot on the Second Team… Also named an Academic All-District honoree… Earned UAA Spring All-Academic honors… Ended his career as the program’s all-time leader with 186 games played… Was a career .349 hitter with a .452 slugging percentage and a .416 on-base percentage while collecting 48 doubles, two triples, seven home runs, 45 stolen bases, 165 runs scored, and 135 RBIs… Appeared in 21 games out of the bullpen during his time as a Spartan, going 2-1 with a 2.29 ERA, nine saves, and a .206 opponents’ batting average… Ranked third in program history in walks (98), fourth in runs scored and hits (249), sixth in doubles and RBIs, and seventh in saves.

Senior (2024)


Played in 35 total games as a senior including 34 as a starter… Started 26 games as the team’s designated hitter and eight games at second base… Finished the season batting .321 (42-131) with 25 runs scored, eight doubles, two home runs, 22 RBIs, and 11 stolen bases on 14 attempts… Added 13 walks during the season to raise his on base percentage to .404 while slugging .427… Batted .435 (10-23) against left-handed pitchers, .377 (26-69) with runners on base, and .447 (21-47) with runners in scoring position… Totaled nine multiple-hit games and five multiple-RBI efforts… Hit safely in 11 consecutive games between April 7 and April 27… Hit .267 (4-15) with a double and three RBIs during the team’s four NCAA Tournament games… Hit .321 (18-56) with nine runs, two doubles, a home run, seven RBIs, and four stolen bases in 15 UAA games… Went two-for-three with a home run, a stolen base, a run scored, and a season-high three RBIs against Grove City on March 19… Posted a four-for-five game with three runs, an RBI, and two doubles at Ohio Wesleyan on April 14… Hit his second home run of the season against NYU on April 20… Collected the 200th hit of his career on May 18 against Alvernia… Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for the second straight season… Received UAA Spring All-Academic honors… Ended his senior campaign ranked fourth in program history in career walks (82), fifth in hits (201), seventh in doubles (39), eighth in runs scored (127), 12th in on base percentage (.435), 12th in RBIs (108), and 14th in batting average (.350).

Junior (2023)


Named to the All-UAA First Team following his junior season… Started all 43 games, including 23 at third base, 11 at first base, and nine as the designated hitter… Set a program record with a 32-game hitting streak, stretching from March 14 through May 19… Finished the year batting .356 with 44 runs (12th in school history), 15 doubles (12th in school history), two home runs, 42 RBIs (tied for ninth in school history), and 14 stolen bases on 16 attempts… His 64 hits were tied for the 10th-most in a campaign by a CWRU player… Drew 25 walks, tied for the 15th-most ever by a Spartan… Slugged .472 with a .427 on base percentage for an .899 OPS… Hit .440 (11-25) against left-handed pitching, and .392 (29-74) with runners in scoring position… Was second among all Spartan players with nine multiple-hit games and 11 multiple-RBI efforts… Committed just eight errors during the year and registered a career-high .949 fielding percentage… Went three-for-five with two runs scored, four RBIs, and a three-run home run in the first inning of the Spartans’ NCAA Tournament win over Mary Washington... Named the UAA Hitter of the Week on April 17 after hitting .450 (9-20) with two doubles, four runs batted in, eight runs scored, and three stolen bases on six attempts, while also walking six times and striking out just once to register a .577 on-base percentage and a .550 slugging percentage over a five-game stretch against NYU and Oberlin… Also made one appearance on the mound during the season, pitching a pair of perfect innings with one strikeout during the Spartans’ NCAA Tournament game against Adrian on May 20… Selected to the CSC Academic All-America Third Team after being named to the Academic All-District Team… Received UAA Spring All-Academic recognition… Ended his junior season ranked 10th in school history with a .359 career batting average, ninth with a .444 on-base percentage, 12th with 69 walks, 15th with 102 runs scored, 159 hits, and 31 doubles, and 16th with 86 RBIs.

Sophomore (2022)


Named the UAA Sophomore Rookie of the Year and selected to the All-UAA First Team… Started all 40 games at third base and led all CWRU players with a .371 batting average, 59 hits, and 33 RBIs during the campaign… Scored 29 runs, while adding eight doubles, two triples, a home run, 23 walks, and three stolen bases on five attempts… Slugged .465 with a team-leading .443 on-base percentage… Made 11 appearances out of the bullpen, going 2-1 with a 2.14 ERA and three saves… Struck out 25 batters and walked just eight over 21.0 innings, while holding opponents to a .213 batting average… Hit .444 against left-handed pitching, .424 with runners on base, and .444 with runners in scoring position… Successfully drove in a runner from third base with less than two outs 88.2% (15-of-17) of the time… Led all CWRU players with 20 multiple-hit games and 12 multiple-RBI efforts… Had a season-long 10-game hitting streak from March 13 – April 2… Went three-for-four with three RBIs and two doubles against Brandeis on April 2… Went 10-for-15 during a four-game series against NYU… Held opponents scoreless in seven of his 11 appearances… Pitched 3.2 scoreless innings to earn a save against Emory on March 27, and then threw 3.0 scoreless innings in his next relief appearance to earn a win over Brandeis… Received UAA Spring All-Academic Honors.

First-year (2021)


Selected to the D3baseball.com All-Mideast Region Team as a utility player… Also received All-UAA recognition as both a pitcher and an infielder… Turned in one of the top campaigns as a first-year player in program history, starting all 30 games for the team at third base and batting .346 (36-for-104)… Led all CWRU players in runs (29), hits (36), and on-base percentage (.474)… Finished the year with eight doubles, a home run, and 11 runs batted in, while slugging .452, walking 21 times, and stealing one base on as many attempts… Batted .380 with runners on base… Also served as the team’s closer and allowed just two hits in 7.1 innings of work, while converting all five of his save opportunities (tied for the fourth most in a season in program history) over six total appearances… Finished the year ranked 32nd among DIII pitchers in saves… Did not allow a run, while striking out seven, walking two, and holding opponents to a .087 batting average… Did not allow a hit to a right-handed hitter in 17 at-bats… Committed just six errors during the campaign for a .938 fielding percentage… Recorded a 16-game hitting streak from March 27 – April 18, the longest during the season by a CWRU player… Hit safely in all but four games during the year and reached base safely in all but three… Totaled nine multiple-hit games… Hit the first home run of his career against Wittenberg on March 27…. Went three-for-four with an RBI, a walk, and a stolen base against Wittenberg on April 3… Drove in the game-tying and winning runs with a walk-off double in the bottom of the ninth inning during the Spartans’ 4-3 win over Ohio Wesleyan on March 28.
