Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the University School baseball team… Coached by Rob McNerney, Mike Illaqua, AJ Kimes, and Rick Giavonette… Helped his team qualify for the state championship in 2025… Named to the News Herald First Team as a junior and the Third Team as a senior… Earned PBR Ohio All-State Honorable Mention and NEOBCA All-District honors as a senior… Batted .440 with a .495 on-base percentage with 39 hits, 11 doubles, and a home run… Set a school record for hits in a season… Named to the high honor roll all four years of high school… Also played football and golf.

Personal

Born January 3… The son of Timothy and Jennifer… His father played baseball at CWRU from 1997 to 2001 and ranks sixth in program history in career batting average (.374) and home runs (18), and seventh in slugging percentage (.597)… Launched a fundraiser in high school to support the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio.
