Biography

Junior (2025)


Played in 25 games for the Spartans during his junior season, including 15 starts in center field… Batted .266 (17-64) with 15 runs, five doubles, two home runs, and 16 RBIs… Stole six bases on as many attempts… Walked 14 times to raise his on-base percentage to .415 and slugged .438 for a .853 OPS… Hit .333 (5-15) against left-handed pitching and .333 (11-33) with runners on base… Had two multiple-hit games and six games of two or more RBIs… Played in eight UAA games, including one start, batting .400 (4-10) with four runs, one double, two home runs, and five RBIs… Went one-for-two with a home run and three RBIs against Brandeis on April 26, and followed that the next day against the Judges with a three-for-four performance with two RBIs, a double, and a home run… Was three-for-six with three runs, three RBIs, a double, and a stolen base against North Central during the NCAA Regionals… Drove in seven total runs during the NCAA Regionals and nine throughout the NCAA Tournament… Earned UAA Spring All-Academic honors.

Sophomore (2024)


Played in 24 games for the Spartans during his sophomore season including nine starts in centerfield… Batted .171 (6-35) with two runs, a triple, and eight RBIs… Stole one base during the year… Drew threw walks to raise his on base percentage to .238 with a .229 slugging percentage… Did not commit and error during the season and tallied one outfield assist… Went one-for-three with a triple, a walk, and three RBIs against Emory on March 30… Was two-for-four with an RBI against Denison on April 14.

First-year (2023)


Appeared in 33 games during his first season of collegiate baseball, including 24 in a starting role (22 in centerfield, one at shortstop, and one in rightfield)… Batted .320 with a .450 slugging percentage and a .369 on-base percentage for a .819 OPS… Finished the year with 14 runs, six doubles, two triples, one home run, and 33 runs batted in… Stole two bases on five attempts… Had eight multiple-hit games and 10 multiple-RBI games… Recorded a season-long seven-game hitting streak… Hit .381 (8-21) against left-handed pitching, .345 (20-58) with runners on base, .750 (6-8) with the bases loaded, .375 (18-48) with runners in scoring position, and .442 (19-43) with two outs… Went three-for-five with a triple, two runs, and four RBIs in his collegiate debut against Chicago on February 24… Was three-for-five with four RBIs and a walk against Adrian on March 19… Was two-for-three with three RBI and a pair of walks against Denison on April 9… Hit the first home run of his career against Mary Washington on May 19.

Prior to CWRU


Was a four-year member of the St. Elizabeth High School baseball team, serving as a captain during his senior year... Coached by Thomas Beddow and Benjamin Campbell... Helped lead his team to playoff appearances in 2021 and 2022... Earned All-State First-Team honors as a senior after batting .553 with two home runs... Two-time Carpenter Cup player and was a Blue-Gold All-Star as a senior... Earned Academic All-America and DIAA Academic Awards... Also played football and basketball.

Born June 17... Son of Larry and Monica... His mother played basketball at Bucknell from 1990-94... His father was a baseball player at Bucknell from 1989-93... His brother, Joey, plays football at Lycoming.
