Sophomore (2024)
Appeared in 11 games for the Spartans during his sophomore season, including six starts at second base… Finished the year hitting .269 (7-26) with four runs, a double, two RBIs, and a stolen base… Walked five times to raise his on base percentage to .375 while slugging .308… Finished the year with three multiple-hit games… Hit .444 (4-9) with the bases empty… Went four-for-six with three runs, a double, and three walks in two games during the Spartans’ series against WashU… Added a two-for-four showing with a run, an RBI, and a stolen base against Oswego State on March 15.
First-year (2023)
Started all 35 games he played in at second base… Batted .329 with 36 runs, seven doubles, two triples, a home run, and 33 RBIs… Stole 14 bases on as many attempts, the third-most stolen bases ever by a Spartan player in a season without being caught… Walked 18 times and was hit by a pair of pitches to raise his on-base percentage to .400… Slugged .425 during the campaign… Notched a .955 fielding percentage during the year… Ended the season on an 18-game hitting streak and reached base in 26 straight games, each the third-longest streak by a CWRU player in 2023… Had nine multiple-RBI games and 13 multiple-hit games… Hit .360 (9-25) against left-handed pitching and .348 (32-92) with runners on base… Went two-for-six with three runs, four RBIs, a stolen base, and his first career home run during the Spartans’ NCAA Tournament win over Mary Washington… Drove in a season-high five runs, going three-for-six with a walk against Wooster on April 6… Was four-for-six with a walk, four runs, and two RBIs, against Brandeis on April 21.
Prior to CWRU
Was a four-year member of the Saint Stephens & Saint Agnes School baseball team, serving as a captain his senior year... Coached by Jim Supple, Ted Cole, Steve Grant, and Shyrone Palms... Helped lead his team to the state tournament as a senior... Earned all-conference honors in 2022 after batting .338 with 29 runs scored and 16 stolen bases... Earned Head's List honors each semester... Also played basketball in high school.
