Junior (2020): Appeared in nine games during his junior season, making four starts in left field and two starts in right field… Hit .227 (five-for-22) with one RBI and a pair of walks… Batted .500 (two-for-four) against left-handed pitchers… Went one-for-four with an RBI against Earlham on February 23… Was two-for-four against 10th-ranked Wooster on March 1… Added a one-for-one performance with a pair of walks against Roger Williams on March 9… Received Spring UAA All-Academic Recognition… His .335 career batting average at the end of his junior season ranks as the 17th-best mark in program history.
Sophomore (2019): Played in 31 games during his sophomore season including 29 as a starter… Hit .324 with one home run and 22 RBIs, while scoring 22 runs… Added five doubles and a home run to slug .402 for the season… Registered seven walks and a .391 on base percentage… Saw his batting average climb to .383 (23-for-60) with runners on base and .375 (15-for-40) with runners in scoring position… Totaled 10 multiple hit games and four multiple RBI games… Had a season-long seven game hitting streak between March 11 and March 23… Started all four postseason games for the Spartans and hit .333 (four-for-12) with three runs scored and two RBIs… Went three-for-five with three runs, four RBIs and the first home run of his career against Wooster on April 18… Had two or more hits in five-straight games from March 13 through March 23, including a three-for-three game against Western New England.
First-Year (2018): Played in 18 games during his freshman season, including 11 in a starting role… Saw time at first base, in the outfield, and as the team’s designated hitter… Hit .408 (20-for-49) with five doubles, while scoring eight runs and driving in eight runs… Also walked four times to raise his on base percentage to .444, while slugging .510… Was two-for-three with the bases loaded during the year and four-for-five as a pinch hitter… Collected 10 hits in 18 at bats (.556) with two outs… Registered a seven game hitting streak from April 21 to May 5… Had five multiple-hit games and three multiple RBI affairs… Picked up his first collegiate hit and RBIs as a pinch hitter during the Spartans’ win over Trinity (Conn.) on March 11… Was two-for-four with two doubles against Marietta on April 29… Added a three-for-five day with a double against John Carroll on May 1… Also had three hits in the team’s season finale against Chicago, going three-for-three with two runs, two RBIs and a walk… Finished conference play batting .538 (seven-for-13) with two runs, a double and an RBI.
Personal: Was a four-year member of the Aurora High School baseball team, serving as a team captain during his senior year... Was coached by Michael Brancazio... Led his team to three district championships and three conference titles, while making it to the state final four in 2015... Was a four-year varsity starter, batting .312 over his career...
