2025 (Junior)

Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship for the first time in his career… Placed 99^th overall at the meet with a time of 25:18.2… Earned All-Region honors a week prior for the second-straight season after placing third at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship… Was the top Spartan finisher in five of the six races he competed in during the season… Led the squad at the UAA Championship, placing 15^th overall… Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:48.7 at the Pre-National Meet, good for a fourth-place finish… Claimed UAA Athlete of the Week honors as a result of his performance at the Pre-National Meet… Was the second overall finisher at the Inter-Regional Rumble… Won the Bill Sudeck Invitational, completing the 6K course in a record time of 18:59.45, earning UAA Athlete of the Week acclaim for the performance… Ended the year ranked 127^th among 5,148 total DIII runners in the XCRI… Received UAA Fall All-Academic Honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2024 (Sophomore)

Earned the first all-region honor of his career with a 27^th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Region Championship… Was the second Spartan to cross the finish line and recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:39.9 at the meet… Competed in five total races during the season, finishing among the team’s top seven in each and the team’s top three on four occasions… Was the team’s top finisher at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational, placing third overall… Was the third CWRU runner and 35^th overall at the UAA Championship with a time of 25:40.6… Placed 26^th overall, eighth among DIII competitors, and second among Spartans at the All-Ohio Invitational… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

2023 (First-year)

Turned in a strong first campaign for the Spartans, finishing among the team’s top seven runners in all seven races and the top three in each of the team’s first four races of the year… Recorded his season-best 8K time of 25:13.5 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, placing 76^th overall and seventh among Spartans… Was the fifth Spartan to cross the finish line at the UAA Championship, placing 40^th overall… Placed third among Spartans and 10^th overall at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational… View his complete list of times and finishes from the season.

Prior to CWRU

Was a four-year member of the Hamilton High School cross country and track & field teams, serving as a captain his junior and senior year... Helped his team win the cross country city championship in 2021 and 2022 and the sectional championship in 2022... Earned all-city and all-region honors in 2021 and 2022... Won the City Championship in the 3,200-meter run in 2023... Recorded top times of 15:38 in the 5K for cross country... Notched top marks of 9:40 in the 3,200-meter run and 4:24 in the 1,600-meter run during the track season... Graduated summa cum laude and was a National Merit Finalist... Also wrestled in high school.
