Senior (2024)

Saw time at safety and on special teams for the Spartans, playing in nine games during his senior year… Finished the campaign with a career-high 16 tackles (seven solo) and one pass breakup… Matched his career best with five tackles against Allegheny on October 5… Named to the PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll… Appeared in 28 games over his career, finishing his time as a Spartan with 25 tackles (11 solo) and two pass breakups.

Junior (2023)

Saw action in nine games during the season as a backup defensive back and the team’s holder on place kicks… Finished the year with seven tackles (three solo) including 0.5 tackles for loss… Had a career-high five tackles (two solo) against Bethany on September 30… Named to the 2023 Fall PAC Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore (2022)

Saw action in five games during the season, mostly on special teams as the team’s holder… Had a pass breakup against Bethany on October 22… Named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll.

First-year (2021)

Appeared in five games, both on defense and as the team’s holder on kicks… Made his collegiate debut against Rochester… Totaled a pair of tackles for the year.

Personal

Was a four-year member of the Avon Lake High School football team... Coached by Matt Kostelnik... Was his school's three-time Special Teams Player of the Year... Named to the all-county team in 2020... Helped lead his team to the Elite Eight in 2020... Was third on his team with 43 tackles, while adding seven pass breakups, an interception and a forced fumble as a senior... Named to the Academic All-Ohio Team in 2020... Graduated summa cum laude... Also played basketball in high school... Born August 5... Son of Michael and Suzanne... His father was a wide receiver for Virginia Tech from 1993-97, and played for the Detroit Lions for one year... His mother was a member of the Virginia Tech dance team.
