Junior (2019): Appeared in nine games at defensive end for the Spartans during his junior season… Was a key factor in the team’s pass rush, totaling five sacks and 5.5 tackles for a loss during the year… Finished the season with 27 tackles (17 solo), while adding a fumble recovery, an interception, a quarterback hurry and a pass breakup… Had 2.5 sacks and his first career interception during the team’s win over Washington & Jefferson on October 12… Registered a season-high five tackles and a quarterback hurry against Rochester on September 7… Received UAA Fall All-Academic honors.

Sophomore (2018): Played in seven games off the bench for the Spartans during his sophomore year… Finished the campaign with 14 total tackles (11 solo), including 2.5 for a loss and half a sack… Recorded a season-high six tackles (all solo) with one for a loss against Saint Vincent on October 13… Received UAA Fall All-Academic recognition and named to the Fall 2018 PAC Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman (2017): Did not appear in a varsity game during his freshman season.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Pope High School football team, serving as a team co-captain for two seasons... Coached by Kyle Adkins... Was named to the All-Region First Team, an honorable mention to the All-Cobb County Team, and the Pope Defensive Player of the Year as a senior... A Cobb County Senior Bowl All-Star selection... Recorded 60 tackles and eight sacks as a senior... Member of the National Honor Society... Also competed in track & field... Born November 4... Son of John & Nicole.
