Freshman (2017): Played in 10 games during his freshman season, seeing the majority of his playing time on special teams as a long snapper.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Lake Norman Charter High School football team, serving as a team captain during his senior year... Was coached by Mark Steele... Was a 2A All-State Selection and a Four-Star Rubio Long Snapper... Caught five passes for 65 yards and had 15 solo tackles with two forced fumbles... Was a four-time Honor Roll selection... Also played baseball in high school... Born February 10... Son of John & Patti.
