2015: Appeared in two games during his freshman season, making his collegiate debut against Saint Vincent on September 19th… finished the year with two tackles…  named to the PAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Personal: Was a four-year member of the Naperville North High School team, serving two stints as a team captain...coached by Sean Drendel...earned all-conference honors for football...also wrestled, and claimed all-state honors...named the Scholar Athlete of the Year for his wrestling team...born October 24...son of Eric Zhang and Sara Yang.
