Senior (2018): Received All-UAA First Team honors in 2018… Started all 10 games for the Spartans at nose tackle… Finished the year with 22 total tackles (seven solo), including three for a loss and 2.5 sacks… Also recovered a fumble during the campaign… Named to the D3football.com Team of the Week on September 25, after totaling four tackles and 2.5 sacks against Thiel on September 22… Recorded a season-high five tackles against Waynesburg on November 3… Finished his collegiate career with 91 total tackles (33 solo), including 6.5 for a loss and 3.5 sacks, while forcing three fumbles over 36 games.
Junior (2017): Named to the All-PAC Second Team and the All-UAA First Team… Started all 12 games during the season in the middle of the Spartans’ defensive line… Finished the year with 40 total tackles, including 19 solo… Registered 2.5 tackles for a loss and one sack, while hurrying the quarterback once and forcing three fumbles (63rd in DIII)… Named to the D3football.com Team of the Week, the PAC Athlete of the Week, and the UAA Player of the Week on September 18, after recording a season-high eight tackles, including a sack, 1.5 total tackles for a loss, two forced fumbles and a quarterback hurry during the team’s win over Grove City.
Sophomore (2016): Named to the All-UAA Second Team following his sophomore season… Played in eight total games, including six in a starting role… Finished the year with 29 tackles, including one for a loss… Recorded a career-high eight tackles during the Spartans’ win over Geneva.
Freshman (2015): Played in eight games for the Spartans as a freshman, seeing the majority of time on special teams… registered three tackles during the team’s win at Bethany on October 3rd.
Personal: Was a four-year member of the Detroit Country Day School team...coached by Dan MacLean...born November 1...son of Darren and Angela.
