Last Week's Recap
Men's Soccer (3-0-0 last week)
- Won two home games and a road contest last week, shutting out two opponents while scoring 10 times
- Defeated Oberlin 4-0 on the road on Wednesday, Lycoming 3-0 at home on Saturday, and Allegheny 3-1 at home on Sunday
- Sophomores Micah Rossen (Offense) and Alex Eby (Defense) were named the UAA Athletes of the Week. Rossen scored four goals in three games while Eby played the most minutes of any field player as the Spartans allowed just 10 shots in three games
Volleyball (2-2)
- Split four matches for the second consecutive week, dropping a mid-week contest before going 2-1 over the weekend
- Fell to Baldwin Wallace in four sets at home on Tuesday before responding with two consecutive wins at home as part of the CWRU Quad, defeating Hiram in three sets on Friday and Allegheny in four sets on Saturday morning
- Finished the week with a four-set loss to Colorado College on Saturday afternoon
#11 Women's Soccer (1-1-0)
- Split two games last week, winning their first road contest before falling at home
- Won 2-0 over Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday night with both goals scored by senior Maya Healy
- Lost 2-0 to Grove City on Saturday afternoon at home
Women's Tennis
- Continued the fall season at the Big Red Invite hosted by Denison University in Granville, Ohio
- Competed against Denison, Kalamazoo, and Centre in a hidden dual format
- Went 10-4 in doubles matches and 16-8 in singles matches with sophomore Tara Markovic named the UAA Player of the Week
