Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

No. 3 Men’s Soccer Stays Undefeated with 1-1 Tie at Emory

The third-ranked Case Western Reserve University men's soccer team kept its undefeated record intact with a 1-1 tie with Emory University on Saturday afternoon at the Woodruff Physical Education Center Stadium in Atlanta.

The Spartans moved to 11-0-4 this season and 3-0-3 in University Athletic Association contests. CWRU controls its own destiny in the UAA as a win next week in the final game of the regular season would clinch the conference championship and the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

The Eagles, who remained in second place in the association standings, moved to 11-2-4 overall and 3-1-2 in UAA contests. Emory can still win the conference crown with a win next week coupled with a Spartan loss or tie.
