LaSida earned points for the Spartans in seven events, set three school records, and secured two NCAA B cut times at the 2025 UAA Championships last week in Atlanta. Individually, he placed sixth in the A Final of the 50 Free in 20.41 seconds, eighth in the A Final of the 100 Free in 46.30 seconds, and 13th in the B Final of the 100 Back in 50.09 seconds. LaSida led off the 400 Free Relay with a 100 Free split of 45.02 seconds, besting the previous school record of 45.05 and securing a B cut. The relay, which placed fifth in the race, set a school record and had a B cut in 3:00.97, improving upon the previous record of 3:01.16. He was also a member of the school-record setting 200 Free Relay, which placed sixth in 1:22.29, the sixth-place 200 Medley Relay (1:30.22), and the sixth-place 400 Medley Relay (3:19.41). Overall, the CWRU men's swimming and diving team placed sixth in the conference with 810.5 points.
