Hartjes helped to lead the Spartans to their first UAA win of the season. She matched her season high with a team-leading 14 points during the team's 64-53 win over Brandeis on Sunday. Hartjes shot four-of-seven overall in the game, including one-of-three from three-point range, and made all five of her free throw attempts, while adding five rebounds, an assist, and a steal. On Friday, during an 84-58 loss to NYU, she scored nine points with a rebound and an assist, shooting three-of-eight overall, two-of-six from long range, and connecting on her only free throw attempt. Overall for the weekend, she averaged 11.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game, and she is now averaging 6.4 points, 2.4 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game during the campaign. The Spartans now stand at 8-6 overall, including a 1-2 mark in UAA games.
